In continuing a "tradition of giving," the family members of the Foundation and others, who make up its Board of Directors, award grants for a variety of purposes and projects dealing principally with children's issues, including:

• Education;
• Physical Therapy/Health;
• Counseling/Rehabilitation; and,
• Welfare.

Further, the Foundation funds organizations (with general community interests) that provide or support, directly or indirectly:

• Medical/Health Care Assistance;
• Clothing/ Food and Shelter; and,
• the Arts (as both a medium for expression and as a way of developing greater communication and understanding within and between communities).
